Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included

Please note: We currently do not ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Woolovers Chic purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the delivery note
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks, slippers, and baby accessories.

Return Process

    • Reason for return
    • Your preference (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive return authorization via email with detailed instructions
  3. Pack your items carefully in their original packaging or similar protective packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm approval of your refund. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For card payments: Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • For PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Clearly indicate in your exchange request the desired item (size, color, etc.)
  • We will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return
  • Shipping costs for the replacement item are covered by us
